USA Wrestling is changing its World Team selection process, and Chael Sonnen has one question: why change something that's already working? America's best wrestlers became elite because of the coaches, teammates and training environments they're already surrounded by. Pulling them away from that nucleus months earlier for additional national-team camps doesn't necessarily make them better prepared. Chael also challenges the entire concept of the "team."
