Garry says he sensed something from the champion: “I felt like yesterday he didn’t want to be there… I sensed a little bit of nervous energy from him.” But Garry also dismissed the significance of the promotional staredown, calling those face-offs “fake” and saying they’re primarily obligations for social media.
