When Juan Dominguez and Yenifel Vicente met in the ring on Dec 8th on PBC on FS1, one of the fighters would leave with what many thought was the KO of the year. The other would prefer to forget the fight all together. It was supposed to be unbeaten Juan Dominguez's nationally televised coming-out party, but countryman Yenifel Vicente pressed the action, connecting several times with monster right crosses and left hooks in the first round. The pace continued in to Round 2, but Dominguez would have a point deducted for repeated low blows to Vicente. The punches didn't slow down Vicente and he continued to press forward with a head full of steam. Just 20 seconds in to Round 3, Vicente knocked Dominguez out cold and flat on his back in the center of the ring with a thundering overhand right hand to the temple, bringing an end to the fight.
