UFC CEO Dana White addresses Islam Makhachev’s inactivity and why some of the UFC’s biggest stars aren’t fighting as frequently as fans would like. ?? “I don’t really expect you to fight three times a year, but twice would be nice.” ?? Dana believes MONEY is a major factor! “When guys are young and hungry, they want to fight a lot because they want to get paid. But once you start to get enough money, you don’t have to fight a lot.” White also acknowledges everything Islam has accomplished and understands that established champions have different priorities. ?? But with contenders waiting for title shots, is fighting just once a year enough for a UFC champion? ?? SHOULD UFC CHAMPIONS BE REQUIRED TO DEFEND THEIR TITLES AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR? ?? #IslamMakhachev #DanaWhite #UFC #UFCNews #MMANews #UFCChampion #MMAWeekly
