Challenging a former UFC champion to a sparring session is generally ill-advised, even for a Navy SEAL.
Earlier this year, ex-UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland criticized Navy SEALs, claiming none of them could endure a week of training with him.
“I don’t think there’s one f—– Navy SEAL who could survive a week training with me. I’m kind of sick of seeing it, cause you guys think you’re bad—. Come train with me for a week, I’ll show you what’s up. I’ll f—– break you.”
One Navy SEAL took up the challenge and appeared at Strickland's gym.
Recently, a video emerged showing Strickland dominating the SEAL in a sparring match.
Despite the harsh session, Strickland praised the SEAL’s toughness and expressed regret for venting his frustrations on him.

The SEAL in the video, Mitch Aguiar, responded to the footage, clarifying some misunderstandings.
