Under the agreement, PFL’s roster, league infrastructure, and global distribution network will transition to become **MVP MMA**, joining MVP’s existing boxing (MVP) and women's boxing (MVPW) verticals. PFL CEO John Martin will lead the merged entity as CEO, while Paul and Bidarian remain co-founders and board members alongside new capital commitments from founding investors Knighthead Capital Management and 885 Capital.
