Teaching in our advanced level Muay Thai class, Kru Rose shows how to use an inside knee bump and arm control to off balance an opponent in the clinch, which can then be followed up with a big knee strike ??
Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session.
