A large-scale boxing project “The Path to RCC” starts in Yekaterinburg The Yekaterinburg promotion company RCC Boxing Promotions, which occupies a leading position in the Russian professional boxing market, is opening a new large-scale project called “The Path to RCC”. A series of boxing tournaments is aimed at finding new stars of Russian sports among boxers who, for various reasons, are not yet known to domestic boxing fans. On July 13 in Yekaterinburg, at the arena of the RMK Martial Arts Academy, the first Boxing Evening of the “Path to RCC” tournament series will be held. It will be led by experienced boxers Sergei Lubkovich and Muzaffar Rasulov, who will set a personal example for less experienced fighters. Earlier, the highest-class athletes selected by the RCC Boxing Promotions team will fight on the tournament card. Thus, Master of Sports of Russia in kickboxing Magomed Churchaev will make his debut in professional boxing, and the first fight in Yekaterinburg will be held by a contender for international WBC titles, Kazakh athlete Ernar Yeshenov.
