Who Ya Got?!? Fighters predict Will Brooks vs. Marcin Held at Bellator 145

ST. LOUIS – The big news this week was that Will Brooks got into an unscheduled scuffle with the “Pitbull” brothers.

And while that may be a storyline that is continued down the line, particularly where fellow lightweight Patricky Freire is involved, first Brooks (16-1 MMA, 9-1 BMMA) needs to get through his next title defense on Friday against Marcin Held (21-3 MMA, 10-2 BMMA) in the Bellator 145 co-main event. .

So we checked in with some of the fighters on the card to get their thoughts on who will walk away with Bellator’s lightweight belt – Brooks, who has wins in three straight title fights, or Poland’s Held, a dangerous submission specialist.

Bellator 145 takes place Friday at Scottrade Center in St. Louis. The main card airs on Spike following prelims on MMAjunkie.
