WSOF 12: Luis Palomino vs. Lewis Gonzalez fight video highlights

Luis Palomino may have punched – and kicked – his way to a title shot in the near future on Saturday night.

Palomino (23-9) brutally stopped the previously unbeaten Lewis Gonzalez (9-1) in the first round of the WSOF 12 main event. The win put Palomino squarely into the promotion’s lightweight title mix.

After working kicks to Gonzalez’s lead leg throughout the first round, Palomino landed a big one late in the frame, then followed it with a kick to the head. Gonzalez hit the canvas, and Palomino quickly finished him on the ground.
