Video: UFC 178 extended video preview with Johnson-Cariaso, Cerrone-Alvarez

Check out an extended video preview of UFC 178, which takes place later this month with a stacked pay-per-view lineup.

UFC 178 is slated for Sept. 27 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and the PPV portion of the card follows prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

In the headliner, UFC flyweight champion and 13-1 favorite Demetrious Johnson (20-2-1 MMA, 8-1-1 UFC) looks for his fifth consecutive title defense when he meets underdog challenger Chris Cariaso (17-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC).

The event also features the long-awaited promotional debut of former Bellator champ Eddie Alvarez Alvarez (25-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who meets lightweight contender Donald Cerrone (24-6 MMA, 11-3 UFC) in UFC 178’s co-main event.
