UFC Bringing in Rory MacDonald, Max Holloway, and Jessica Eye for Dublin Q&A

UFC has announced that three top UFC fighters will attend fight week to meet fans and attend events ahead of the sell-out event the in  Dublin.

Number two ranked welterweight Rory MacDonald, top ten ranked featherweight Max Holloway and top ten women’s bantamweight Jessica Eye will attend an MMA seminar at a local club, meet fans at the recently announced UFC Hangout and take part in the pre weigh-in Q&A.

Rory MacDonald was last in action at UFC 189: MENDES vs. MCGREGOR and was awarded the fight of the night bonus for his epic battle with UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler. MacDonald is a Tristar teammate of Joe Duffy, Tom Breese and Stevie Ray and he will be preparing the three for their respective bouts on Saturday 24.

Max Holloway, who fought and lost to Conor McGregor at UFC FIGHT NIGHT: SHOGUN vs. SONNEN, remains the No.5 ranked fighter in the UFC’s stacked featherweight division. Holloway holds wins over some of the biggest names in the 145lbs weight class, including Charles Oliveria, Cub Swanson and Cole Miller. Holloway will next be in action against Jeremy Stephens at UFC 194: ALDO VS. MCGREGOR.

Also making the journey to Dublin will be women’s bantamweight Jessica Eye. The current No. 9 ranked bantamweight fighter will be supporting teammate Stipe Miocic who will be battling for title contention against Ben Rothwell.

UFC FIGHT NIGHT^® : POIRIER vs. DUFFY will be headlined by a five round bout between “Irish” Joe Duffy and top 15 ranked UFC lightweight Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier. Irish fighters Paddy Holohan, Cathal Pendred, Neil Seery and Aisling Daly will all be action on the night.
