Things got personal between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones ahead of their fight at UFC 214 on Saturday in Anaheim, California.
During Wednesday's press conference, Jones told Cormier he "[looks] like a crackhead with a suit on," according to MMA Fighting. Cormier offered a blistering retort.
"I may look like a crackhead in a suit," he said, per MMA Fighting. "But I've never been one. You have."
MMA on SiriusXM shared a video of the exchange, which begins at the 1:05 mark:

Jones hasn't fought since his win over Ovince Saint Preux at UFC 197 in April 2016. He and Cormier were scheduled to fight at UFC 200 last July, but he tested positive for banned substances following a pre-fight drug test.
The former light heavyweight champion also entered a drug treatment facility in January 2015 after he tested positive for a substance found in cocaine. The positive test came shortly after he earned a unanimous decision over Cormier at UFC 182.
Fans occasionally accuse fight promoters of attempting to manufacture drama between two fighters in order to build anticipation for a bout. The antipathy between Jones and Cormier appears to be genuine, though (warning: video contains NSFW language):
Jones and Cormier's rematch was already one of the most highly anticipated matchups of the year. They're two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world and have the most compelling rivalry in mixed martial arts.
Wednesday's press conference will only add more fuel to the fire as fans count down the days until UFC 214.
