Unless you’ve been completely disconnected from society, you know Ronda got her senses knocked off the planet last Saturday by Holly Holm at UFC 193. One of the things that stuck out about the one-sided throttling is how Ronda’s boxing didn’t quite match that of Holly’s.
That being the case, here comes Floyd offering to help Ronda in the stand-up department, via FightHype.com:
I want Ronda Rousey to hold her head up high and don’t let this discourage you. If you need help as far as with boxing, I’m here to help you. It’s all about timing and inches. Her ground game is unbelievable. She’ll be okay.
At one time they were mortal enemies. Now Floyd wants to join forces because either he’s a genuinely good dude, or the more likely scenario where he’s riding the media wave of a Rousey fight for his own publicity. You make the call.
