UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson rematches the last person to defeat him, Anthony Pettis, at UFC 164 on Aug. 31, and expects to retain his title. The two first met at WEC 53 in December 2010, when Pettis defeated Henderson by unanimous decision. Pettis’ victory ended Henderson’s reign as WEC lightweight champion.
Can Pettis take his belt again? Henderson doesn’t think so.
“Anthony Pettis is not leaving the Octagon with my belt,” said the champion. ”I bust my butt too hard to lose.”
