Bellator LogoBellator Fighting Championships kicked off its seventh season on Friday night at Caesars in Atlantic City, N.J.

The season kicked off with all four quarterfinal bouts of the promotion’s welterweight tournament with most of the favorites capturing victory.

Former Bellator welterweight champion Lyman Good is back in the tournament, trying to earn his way back to a title shot. He started things off  on the right foot, winning a unanimous decision over highly touted British fighter Jim Wallhead.
