UFC Code of Conduct Includes Appeals Process

The UFC’s new code of conduct recently came into play when Matt Mitrione‘s contract was suspended following a rant about transgender fighter Fallon Fox.

Mitrione is currently subject to an investigation into the matter and has yet to receive a final determination from the UFC as to the full disciplinary measures, if any, to be taken. If further disciplinary measures are taken, Mitrione does have the right to an appeals process.
