Luke Rockhold is ready to get back in the cage and defend his Strikeforce middleweight title, and he believes Tim Kennedy is a very worthy opponent.

While no contracts have been signed, all indicators are that Rockhold will face Kennedy next with the Strikeforce 185lb title on the line.

Meanwhile on Twitter, Rockhold and contender Derek Brunson have begun quite the word of words, going back and forth over the last couple of months.

Rockhold doesn't seem to hold Brunson in the same regard as he does Kennedy and calls him a 'cheerleader' more than a fighter.
