MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant catches up with UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez at the UFC on FOX open workouts and hears what he has to say about defending his belt in the same venue where he won it just over a year ago.  Cain talks about the challenges of facing fellow heavy hitter Junior Dos Santos, his rehab after shoulder surgery and "beast mode" training at AKA in San Jose, CA.  Cain also addresses the position he's been given as a Mexican role model, lets us know how he's seen MMA grow in that country and tells us how he feels about Strikeforce heavyweights like Alistair Overeem joining the UFC roster.
