50 Handstand push-ups
50 Burpees
50 Pull-up
50 Toes to bar
50 Turkish gets-ups
50 10m shuttle sprints
50 24” box jumps
50 Calories on assault bike
(Strict everything/no kipping)

Work up to 3RM Deadlift
8,6,5,4,3,3 reps I finished at 385lbs
I post my times and weight not to brag or boast but to be exposed. I train with people that are faster and stronger than me. I want everybody that reads this to beat me. There is no ego or pride here. Just a sincere desire to get better.
