UFC champ and 'f-cking crazy guy' Jon Jones had an epic day on Instagram

For Monday’s “UFC: The Time Is Now” press conference, the organization assembled the sport’s greatest fighters. And light heavyweight champion Jon Jones capitalized on it with an epic Instagram stream.

“Bones” was busy on social media as the UFC rolled out its 2015 schedule during a fan and media event in Las Vegas. And he captured some remarkable moments.

Check out the clip above as Jones and a very animated Anderson Silva wrap up a workout. Silva then showers “f-cking crazy guy” Jones with praise, declaring them both “the best fighters in the world.”

But Jones also captured a swag-off with Conor McGregor, a modeling session with former opponent Lyoto Machida, and a star-studded bus ride to the venue:
