UFC on FOX 22 draws announced attendance of 13,136 for $1,238,992 gate

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Saturday’s UFC on FOX 22 event drew an announced attendance of 13,136 and a live gate of $1,238,992.50.

UFC officials announced the attendance at the post-fight press conference, which MMAjunkie attended.

UFC on FOX 22 took place at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif. The main card aired on FOX following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.

UFC on FOX 22 was the fifth UFC event in Sacramento and the first at Golden 1 Center, which opened in September.

Among all of the UFC’s Sacramento shows, UFC on FOX 22 ranked third in attendance. The full list includes:

1. “UFC 65: Hughes vs. St-Pierre 2” – 14,666 attendance ($2,138,020 live gate)
2. “UFC 73: Silva vs. Marquardt” – 13,183 attendance ($1,551,920 live gate)
3. “UFC on FOX 9: Johnson vs. Benavidez 2” – 11,573 attendance ($1,066,610 live gate)
4. “UFC 177: Dillashaw vs. Soto” – 11,100 attendance ($700,000 live gate)
5. “UFC on FOX 22: VanZant vs. Waterson” – 13,136 attendance ($1,238,992.50 live gate)
