Max Holloway walked away from his UFC 206 headliner with Anthony Pettis as the new interim featherweight champion, setting up a showdown with current champion Jose Aldo. He also emerged from the fight unscathed, being issued a minimal mandatory 14-day medical suspension that all fighters receive.
Pettis, who believed he broke his hand early in the fight, was one of several fighters that were issued 60-day suspensions.
Matt Brown, Cub Swanson, Doo Ho Choi, and Tim Kennedy also received 60 days on the sideline.
