“The hit-and-run occurred on Lindell Blvd. and South Federal Highway in Delray Beach, Florida.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Delray Beach Police Department at (561) 243-7800.”

According to MMAFighting’s Dave Doyle, Parsons was at the Delray Medical Center on Sunday afternoon in critical condition after having the “bottom half of his right leg amputated.”

The incident is likely to end Parsons’ very promising career. He currently sports a record of 11-2. Parsons fought his last three bouts under the Bellator banner, but was also a Driller Promotions and CFA champion prior to that.
