LONDON – Any time we see close fights and controversial scores in MMA, we wait for the scorecard to see just how all over the map the numbers are.

But on Saturday, the instant classic main event at UFC Fight Night 84 between Michael Bisping (28-7 MMA, 18-7 UFC) and Anderson Silva (33-7 MMA, 16-3 UFC) resulted in a scorecard that, after five rounds, had all three judges in agreement – not just with the final tally of three 48-47s for Bisping, but for each of their round scores.

Bisping vs. Silva headlined the card at The O2 in London. The entire card streamed on UFC Fight Pass. The win for Bisping against the former longtime middleweight champ was the biggest of his career.

Judges Ben Cartlidge, Jeff Mullen and Andy Roberts were unanimous each round. Bisping took the first, second and fourth rounds from all three judges. Silva won the third and fifth frames.
