The lineup for UFC Fight Night 63, the UFC’s return to Virginia, is set.
The event takes place April 4 at Patriot Center in Fairfax. Ten fights will air on FOX Sports 1, with one fight on UFC Fight Pass beforehand.
It will be a rare late morning/early afternoon card, with the main card starting at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT).
A five-round featherweight bout between Chad Mendes (16-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) and Ricardo Lamas (15-3 MMA, 6-1 UFC) will serve as the card’s main event with a lightweight scrap between Al Iaquinta (11-3-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) and Jorge Masvidal (28-8 MMA, 5-1 UFC) set for the co-main event. Iaquinta is stepping in for Benson Henderson, who was removed from the card to face Brandon Thatch on late notice at UFC Fight Night 60 this past Saturday.
The lineup is heavy on lower weight classes, featuring four lightweight bouts, two featherweight bouts and a pair of women’s bantamweight fights.
The complete lineup for UFC Fight Night 63 includes:
MAIN CARD (FOX Sports 1, 1 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX Sports 1, 11 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (UFC Fight Pass, 10:30 p.m. ET)
