'Training Day: Team Alpha Male' debuts today at 7 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1

FOX Sports 1 tonight debuts a behind-the-scenes look inside one of the most renowned gyms in MMA.

“Training Day: Team Alpha Male” goes inside the gym founded by former WEC champ Urijah Faber, which is the home to UFC bantamweight champ T.J. Dillashaw and recent title challengers Chad Mendes and Joseph Benavidez.

In the 30-minute episode, you’ll get a look inside the gym in Sacramento, Calif., to see what a day of training is like for the team that is considered the best for lighter-weight fighters in the sport.

The episode debuts at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. Following that show, a new episode of “UFC Fight Flashback” airs at 7:30 p.m. ET featuring a look back at the UFC 166 fight between Diego Sanchez and Gilbert Melendez.
