Here’s a small tip for aspiring fighters: When your opponent has thighs the size of tree trunks, keep your guard up for potential kicks.

One fighter learned that the hard way this past weekend at Say Uncle Fight Night 2, an amateur event that took place in the English city of Sheffield.

In the Saturday bout, Veronica Macedo worked some low kicks before unloading a brutal head kick on Chrissy Audin. The blow, which echoed through the Octagon Centre arena, brought about a quick end to the fight.
