Video: Miesha Tate discusses schedule, teammates at Las Vegas pool party

Our partners at Shoot Media have a tough job. A real tough job. After all, they had to travel all the way to Las Vegas for a pool party with host Miesha Tate.

The UFC women’s bantamweight contender talked to them about MMA’s often-grueling schedule, though Tate said there are some perks, including her recent gig at the Sapphire Pool and Day Club for a Memorial Day weekend party.

Check out the above video as the former Strikeforce champion discusses her year-round commitments, as well as past and current teammates, including recently crowned champion T.J. Dillashaw.

Tate (14-5 MMA, 1-2 UFC) recently halted a two-fight skid and picked up her first UFC win with a decision victory over Liz Carmouche at UFC on FOX 12. She currently awaits her next assignment.
