Justin Scoggins vs. Dustin Ortiz Added to Summer’s TUF 19 Finale

A flyweight match-up between Justin Scoggins and Dustin Ortiz has been added to this summer’s TUF 19 Finale, officials announced on Monday evening.

The 125-pound tilt adds to the growing fight card, which is scheduled to take place July 6 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Scoggins (9-0) will look to maintain his undefeated record in the July fight. At 2-0 in the UFC, the fighter has collected recent Octagon wins over Rich Vaculik and Will Campuzano.

Ortiz (13-3) is coming off a win in his last fight, picking up a split decision over Ray Borg at UFC on FOX 11 last month.

The TUF 19 Finale is tabbed to be headlined by a grudge match between old rivals B.J. Penn and Frankie Edgar. The main event will be Penn’s featherweight debut.
