The UFC also recently revealed that a flyweight clash pitting John Lineker against Alptekin Ozkilic will go down on the same card. UFC Fight Night “Cerrone vs. Miller” takes place at Revel Casino Hotel and is headlined by a lightweight showdown between Donald Cerrone and Jim Miller.
Story, who took a unanimous decision over Brock Jardine during the Las Vegas-based promotion’s last visit to Atlantic City, is 3-3 in his last six outings. “The Horror” last competed at UFC 171, dropping a split decision to “TUF 17” winner Kelvin Gastelum.
Howard, meanwhile, has won two of three bouts inside the Octagon since making his UFC return this past August. After taking decision victories over Uriah Hall and Siyar Bahadurzada in 2013, “Doomsday” was outpointed by Ryan LaFlare in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night “Minotauro vs. Nelson.”
Lineker had a four-fight winning streak halted at UFC 169, where he dropped a unanimous verdict to current flyweight No. 1 contender Ali Bagautinov.
After capturing a split decision against Darren Uyenoyama in his promotional debut, Ozkilic was upset by Louis Smolka in his last appearance on Jan. 15.
