Ronnie Mann, others join Cage Warriors Fight Night 9 lineup

Ronnie Mann and a handful of others have been added to this month’s Cage Warriors Fight Night 9 event, which marks the organization’s return to Jordan.

The event takes place Oct. 25 at King Hussein Boxing Arena in Amman. The main card streams on MMAjunkie.com following prelims on Facebook.

Mann (22-6-1), a Bellator tournament finalist and Shark Fights champion, recently made his Cage Warriors debut with a TKO victory over Jose Luis Zapater. He now meets Russian bantamweight Marat Pekov (10-3), who’s won four straight fights in his home country.

The card also will feature Egyptian light heavyweight Mohamed Ali (8-5) and France’s Prince Aounallah (6-2), and Fernando Gonzalez (5-0) and has replaced injured Mario Saeed (5-1) and now meets fellow lightweight Ryan Roddy (5-1).

A planned lightweight bout between Paul Redmond (8-3) and Mateusz Teodorczuk (10-2) has been pulled from the card after both fighters suffered injuries.
