Video: Watch UFC 165 headliner Jon Jones submit Ryan Bader at UFC 126

Next week, UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones puts his belt on the line again in search of a record sixth straight title defense in the division.

Jones meets top contender Alexander Gustafsson in the main event of UFC 165, which takes place Sept. 21 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

Jones got his shot at the title right after submitting the then-unbeaten Ryan Bader at UFC 126 in February 2011. The next month, subbing for the injured Rashad Evans, he stopped champ Mauricio Rua in the third round at UFC 128 and hasn’t looked back.

In the video above, watch Jones beat Bader to get the title shot – the fight that put him on his path to become the current No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
