UFC 150: Henderson vs. Edgar Full Weigh-In Results

DENVER – Benson Henderson will look for his first title defense while Frankie Edgar will try to reclaim what was once his when the two lightweights meet in the main event of UFC 150.

Before the two fighters square off on Saturday, they hit the scales on Friday with both fighters coming in under the 155lb weight limit for the title fight.

“Denver, I’m going to get ready to fight my balls off for you. I did everything I could to make sure I go home with the belt tomorrow,” said Edgar.

Henderson will look to beat Edgar for the second time in a row, while retaining his belt in front of his home state fans.

“Denver’s awesome, Edgar’s awesome, he’s an awesome fighter. We all know he’s awesome in rematches,” Henderson stated.

The co-main event weigh in did not quite go as smoothly however as Melvin Guillard weighed in at 157.5lbs, one and a half pounds over the 156lb cut off for the fight with Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone.

Guillard will now have time to cut the extra weight or face a possible fight from the Colorado State Boxing Commission.

UPDATE:
According to sources in Denver, Guillard will not attempt a second weight cut and will forfeit a percentage of his purse for not making weight.
