The Ultimate Fighting Championship on Tuesday added to the quickly growing UFC 152 fight card slated for Sept. 22 in Toronto.
In addition to firming up the rumored bout between Jimy Hettes and Marcus Brimage, officials added a bout between streaking welterweights Simeon Thoresen and Seth Baczynski.
Thoresen (17-2) will be making his second start for the UFC, having defeated Besam Yousef at UFC on Fuel TV 2 in Sweden back in April of this year. That victory upped his current winning streak to three.
Baczynski (17-8) is on an even more impressive run, having won five consecutive fights to date. This will be his fifth bout under the UFC banner. Baczynski most recently won a narrow split decision over Lance Benoist at UFC on FX 3 in early June.
The first ever UFC flyweight championship bout, pitting Joseph Benavidez vs. Demetrious Johnson, headlines the UFC 152 fight card.
