Brian Stann vs. Alessio Sakara
Round 1: Stann lands an outside leg kick to start the fight. He lands a kick to the body and Sakara misses on a counter punch. Sakara lands a left hand counter off a leg kick by Stann. They get into a wild exchange. Stann lands a knee that hurts Sakara. Another knee knocks Sakara down. Stann stands over him trying to finish with punches. Sakara recovers. Stann works short punches inside Sakara’s closed guard. Stann lands a left hand and Sakara’s body goes limp. The referee steps in and stops the fight. Sakara woke up quickly but he was definitely out for a second. Stann wins by KO.
The official time of the stoppage was 2:26 of the first round.
