Strikeforce Challengers 18 Medical Suspensions is Only Six Names Long

The Nevada State Athletic Commission on Monday released the post-fight suspensions for Strikeforce Challengers 18.

Strikeforce Challengers 18 Medical Suspensions:

Joe Duarte – Must have his left middle finger x-rayed and, if positive, must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor or he is suspended until Feb. 9, 2012.

Nate James – Must have his right foot and ankle x-rayed and, if positive, must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor or he is suspended until Feb. 9, 2012. He faces a minimum suspension until Sept. 12 with no contact prior to Sept. 3 due to a scalp laceration.

Derrick Mehmen – Suspended until Sept. 27 with no contact prior to Sept. 12 due to a left eye laceration.

Keith Berry – Must have left hand x-rayed and, if positive, must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor or he is suspended until Feb. 9, 2012. He faces a minimum suspension until Sept. 12 with no contact prior to Sept. 3 due to left eyebrow laceration.

Lukasz Les – Suspended until Sept. 12 with no contact prior to Sept. 3.

Chad Leonhardt – Suspended until Sept. 12 with no contact prior to Sept. 3.

Sterling Ford – Suspended until Sept. 12 with no contact prior to Sept. 3.
