British Fighter Vaughan Lee Signs on for UFC 138

The UFC is welcoming a new British fighter to its roster at UFC 138: Leben vs. Munoz.

The promotion on Wednesday announced via its UK Twitter account that Vaughan Lee, who didn’t make the cut for “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 14, would instead make his debut when the promotion returns to Birmingham, England, on Nov. 5.

They did, however, fall short of announcing an opponent.

Lee (11-6-1) has been fighting professionally for more than eight years. Of his 11 wins, he has finished 10 of them. Going 4-0-1 in his past five fights, he counts current UFC fighter Brad Pickett and UFC veteran David Lee amongst those that were able to defeat him.

He won’t yet get the chance to fight outside of his home turf, but stepping into the Octagon is a tremendous step up for the British bantamweight.
